Job Responsibilities:

  • Document process and procedures against associate workflow models
  • Participate in meetings/reviews with Technology and Business Partners to understand needs and requirements
  • Requires instruction, guidance and supervision
  • Use existing solutions and modify to fit new requirements
  • Works on a limited number of projects at a time as a member of a project team
  • Works on smaller, less complex projects that require mentoring or direction from Analyst and Senior Analyst
  • Responsible for consultation to the internal and/or external customer
  • Possess expertise in the customer area they supports and has technical understanding of the business unit’s systems, capabilities and respective technologies
  • Assist in business process redesign as needed
  • Maintain communication with customer and team members and promote a team environment
  • Analyze customer processes and requirements
  • Prepare specified project documentation according to UAL IDF standards
  • Entry Level
  • Performs structured work

Job Requirements:

  • Hybrid as needed but must be in a commutable distance to Willis tower in downtown Chicago
  • Available to work various shifts in a 24x7x365 environment required
  • Customer Focus – Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal/external customers, gets customer information and
  • uses it for improvements, acts with the customer in mind, establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect
  • Integrity and Trust – Involves being widely trusted, being seen as a direct, truthful individual, can present the unvarnished truth in an appropriate and helpful manner, keeps confidences, admits mistakes and doesn’t misrepresent him/herself for personal gain

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent work experience
  • 1 – 2 years IT and/or business experience, or any equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training
