United Airlines Flight Attendant For Analyst – Business Manager

Job Description

This position supports the Global Line Station Business Office with primary area of focus being International Line Stations and leading a team of regional Business Managers for the area. The candidate will work closely with international locations, supporting regional senior leadership, General Managers and field leaders with station performance (operational, safety, financial, AO balanced scorecard) and resource planning.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of three regional Business Managers
• Coordinate activities and initiatives for the supporting region
• Monitor financial performance, support region with resource planning assistance as necessary
• Provide performance reporting support and drive improvement initiatives

• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
• Flexibility to adjust working hours to align with the needs of the various international regions and willingness to work during non-standard hours and peak periods when needed to support a global 24/7/365 operation
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
• Provide performance reporting support and drive improvement initiatives
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• 2+ years in related position
• Demonstrated ability to build and leverage relationships
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team

• Ability to travel up to 20%
• Ability to work remotely/self manage and report to an office setting on a regular basis
• Excellent communication and internal customer service skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
