Job Description

• Lead negotiations of contractual and commercial terms with suppliers / partners in liaison with R & D prescribers (optimization between cost, quality, time and value).
• Draft R & D contracts in compliance with procedures and operating rules (based on standard contracts or existing specific clauses). In-house legal assistance to the Division is available for the execution of complex or specific clauses if necessary.
• Assist and advise the operational staff during the life of the contracts, monitor and animate the contract portfolio awarded.
• Post based in Pau with some punctual trips in Europe

Job Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience on the same type of functions (contract negotiation)
• Training of lawyer, or engineer with experience / specialty in intellectual property / negotiation.

Jobs Responsibilities

• Good knowledge of commercial and / or legal contracts and techniques (Intellectual Property) with companies and organizations, private and public.
• Proficiency in English for negotiations and contract writing.
• Writing and formalization skills.
