Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Hands on exp on WMS Cloud/Fusion modules are mandatory
- Supporting End users in solving their regular day-to-day problems
- Working with Business Users on a daily basis, providing functional support assistance to ensure the successful flow of Business processes
- Tracking all issues logged by end user in Service Now ticketing tool and provide functional solutions
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing UAT and collaborated with the QA team to develop the test plans, test cases and test data to be used
- Responsible as an Offshore Functional Consultant for modules of Order Management OM, & Warehouse Management System WMS
- Expert level knowledge across the following areas on Oracle WMS Inbound Logistics, Inventory Control, Task Management, Outbound Logistics, MSCA
Job Requirements
- Work Experience :4-6 years
- Must Have Skills :Oracle Warehouse Management
- Perform Data Conversion for all major data objects through FBDI/ ADFDI / Web Service
