Job Responsibilities:
- Set-up and operate rotary draw bending machines while conforming to aerospace tolerances
- Set-up and operate CNC tube cutting equipment
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
- Must be willing to work all shifts, overtime, and/or weekends as needed. Estimated start times: 1st shift (5am), 2nd shift (2pm)
- Must be able to stoop, bend, crawl, and being able to maneuver in tight spaces
- Must be able to stand for extended periods – 8 hours min
Qualification & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience tube bending aerospace parts
- Experience working with close tolerances
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 2+ years of tube bending or CNC tube cutting experience
- Experience working with Inconel, titanium, aluminum and stainless steel
- Experience with tube bending machines
