Job Description:

The Systems Analyst on the Systems & Support Team will monitor, maintain and troubleshoot Revenue Management and Pricing technical applications. These tools and processes unlock revenue generating opportunities, enable smarter decision making, and improve efficiency for the Revenue Management and Pricing Department. Systems Analyst also serves on project Teams to assist with testing new capabilities in technical applications.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver detailed project proposals, including objectives, deliverables, scope, timing, milestones, and responsibilities utilizing benchmarking, industry research, and gathering input from identified stakeholders
  • Create and execute communication strategies by identifying needs, developing timelines and key milestones, preparing content for target markets, and utilizing various delivery channels
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to manage CRM administration of virtual and in-person Events, allowing for tracking of potential candidates and event ROI
  • Must be able to meet any physical ability requirements listed on this description
  • Create, audit, and activate Candidate Experience communication and processes
  • Activate our Employer Brand and storytelling elements to strategically pipeline leads and convert them to applicants
  • Design, develop and facilitate high impact events, programs, and learning solutions to support the engagement and adoption of Recruitment Marketing processes and tools across all stakeholder groups
  • Manage and track project budgets by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures, developing proposals, analyzing variances, initiating corrective action, and continuously seeking ways to improve the financial standing of the program
  • Identify program gaps and opportunities for growth by documenting processes, collaborating across Talent Acquisition, recommending improvements, and sharing best practices in order to ensure the continued success of program initiatives
  • Partner across Departments (Communications & Outreach, Marketing, Employee Experience etc.) to assess, create and implement advertising and promotion activities, including the creation of digital and physical content pieces
  • Construct, administer, and analyze Candidate Experience and Hiring Manager surveys by measuring experience, ability to meet objectives, return on investment, and other key metrics in order to measure KPIs and identify improvements
  • Build and support Recruitment Marketing strategies for various Customer groups
  • May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders

Job Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work periodic evenings and/or weekends
