Job Description:

The Senior Labor Strategy Analyst, will assist in providing analysis and support for labor contract negotiations. This person will analyze data and gather insights through quantitative modeling and qualitative analysis in order to support labor cost benchmarking. The Senior Labor Strategy Analyst may also perform other duties as directed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintains current and historical workgroup pay tables and data bases
  • Updates and submits quarterly summary in preparation of earnings release
  • Synthesizes and communicates insights from analysis performed
  • Oversees and performs ad hoc analysis as directed
  • Researches industry labor trends
  • Completes analysis related to labor contracts and corresponding costs
  • Responsible for accurate results related to industry and competitive research, labor contract benchmarking, and contract and compensation comparisons
  • Collaborates to ensure alignment with colleagues from other company departments.
  • Ensures industry data library is up to date
  • Ensures accurate results of analysis performed

  • Must have strong quantitative skills
  • Ability to contribute positively to a Team environment that promotes sharing, collaboration, and accountability
  • Must have the ability to engage and learn about complex and material business issues
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work with a minimum amount of supervision to accomplish assignments and projects
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Must have the ability to learn quickly and become an effective problem solver

Qualification & Experience:

  • Required – High School Diploma or GED –
  • Required – Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience – Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
  • Preferred – Advanced Degree
