Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with Financial Planning & Analysis to set sales and margin targets by channel, market, and key suppliers
  • Drive sales and market insights into areas such as performance by partner group, upsell and cross-sell, marketing campaigns, loyalty and affinity performance, booking window, and competitor performance in key markets
  • Oversee Vacations financial performance (revenue and margin) by setting up and providing timely and quality insights through dashboards and reporting
  • Coordinate weekly sales performance meetings with various key teams including product, digital, contact center, and revenue management to review and track performance

Job Requirements:

  • Skilled in interacting with a variety of teams from all levels and driving to insights and outcomes
  • Ability to perform commercial, strategic, and financial analysis in a travel space
  • Ability to guide build, enhancement, and ongoing tracking of reporting dashboards including knowledge of Tableau or similar dashboard tools

Qualification & Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in directly or indirectly leading team(s)
  • Required: High School Diploma or GED
