Job Description:
Responsible for providing critical support and analytical assistance for process enhancements, system integration and special projects. Serves as the expert resource for critical problem solving, solution development and change/project implementation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect business intelligence data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources
- Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding
- Confer with Stakeholders concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedure
- Maintain library of model documents, templates, or other reusable knowledge assets
- Plan study of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis
- Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action
- May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders
- Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods including alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media
- Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems
- Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods; and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders
- Skilled in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
Qualification & Experience:
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
