- Maintain facility maintenance standards with a zero tolerance mindset
- Strive to exceed standards and targets (Guest Satisfaction, Labor, Speed)
- Oversee proper food preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking and holding times
- Assist profit and loss management by following cash handling, security procedures, maintaining inventory and managing labor
