Oracle Internship – Content and Communications Strategist

Job Description:

The Content and Communications Specialist will aim to drive an exceptional customer experience through content and communications. To allow the business to communicate with users efficiently and effectively, whether in response to a project phase change, a campaign, an incident or other system trigger. User communication supports the strategic, commercial and client-service goals of the business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with the User Communications Managers and Content developers, to develop content and communication plans
• Create integrated communications campaigns and relevant content to ensure an exceptional user experience during each point in the user journey (for example: onboarding, new release communications, regular newsletters etc.)
• Ensure user communications are in line with brand and product personality
• Copywriting and editing; creating targeted content for communications
• Coordinate incident/crisis communications

Job Requirements:

• Ability to balance multiple projects while maintaining a strategic perspective and quality
• Communication skills that will influence at peer through to senior level
• Ability to inspire and project manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders, including Customer Experience, Support, Client Services, Product and Sales teams
