Job Description:
Provide guidance to Beauty Advisors regarding company goals and objectives. Support Beauty Advisors’ skills to offer best customer service experience. Provide ongoing coaching to Beauty Advisors and be a liaison with Merchants, store, and vendor community.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build in-store relationships with all levels of field store selling teams/Beauty Advisors.
- Educate store field selling teams to support the company’s goals, visual merchandising directives and product knowledge to execute in-store events and drive sales.
- Partner with HR Field Leadership to ensure consistency in best processes/practices for staffing the Beauty Department.
- Promote company programs to store selling teams to ensure successful execution of in-store events, brand launches, and seasonal merchandise in alignment with marketing events calendars.
- Serve as liaison with Beauty advisors to ensure consistency in communications and execution to support the beauty initiative, drive sales and increase number base.
- Serves as key team member in new prototype development for education training, staffing support and special events.
- Support best in class training/education model to work with existing and new brands.
- Execute seasonal training seminars, webinars and workshops.
- Partner with Beauty Manager to develop best processes/practices for successful launch and execution of beauty brands across all teams—Stores, eComm and vendors.
- Partner with Marketing Consumer Insights team to understand customer needs and wants to build/maintain a training strategy to support customer engagement and drive sales.
- Partner with Marketing and Merchandise Visual Presentation to plan, organize, execute ad recap events that generate excitement/awareness and drive sales.
- Partner with Stores to develop best practices for hygiene, sampling and returns.
- Partner with Stores to ensure consistency in best processes/practices for vendor store visits and gratis distribution.
- Promote positive and professional vendor relationships and support all in-store events in an effort to partner in growing the top/bottom lines of the beauty business.
- Support Beauty Forum to leverage opportunities to engage Beauty Advisors in new product and brand launches, and leverage business partners to provide solutions to store/merchandise operational needs.
Increase sales and awareness of brands.
