Job Description:
The Manager is a member of the IT Digital Commerce team and is responsible for working cross-functionally to define and execute on product strategy across booking and loyalty products. The Manager’s product portfolio will focus on building out JetBlue’s strategy and capabilities across data, personalization, and co-brand functions, enabled by digital products such as emails, preference center and other product verticals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Enable data driven focus and decisions across the Digital Commerce product portfolio
- Partner with marketing team to build out new co-brand strategy and ongoing program enhancements
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive solutions and decision making
- Oversee the strategy, design, development, deployment and ongoing support of products while creating an intuitive and seamless e-commerce
- experience for Customers
- Manage relationships with external business partners inclusive of contract, budget, and delivery oversight.
Job Requirements:
- Able to pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test
- Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
- Available for moderate overnight domestic and international travel (up to 20%)
- In possession of valid travel documents with the ability to travel in and out of the United States
- Able to work flexible hours and be available for emergency response on short notice
- Able to provide on-call support
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline
- Five (5) years’ professional experience in Digital Product Management
- Experience managing a budget and developing business cases
- Experience managing a large projects or initiatives, including presenting recommendations to senior leadership
