A Relationship Manager is a professional who aids in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, both within a company as well as with outside clients. They seek out new business opportunities for their clients while advising them on products or services that best fit their needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers through converting referral leads.
- Provide complete and comprehensive information on products, services, charges etc. proactively to the customer and ensure best services are provided to them.
- Engaging with customers to enrich the relationships and garner higher wallet share of the client.
- Identify potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration
- Ensure coverage of all relationships through customer engagements and risk profiling
Job Requirements:
- Strong persuasion skills
- Ability to understand, anticipate and react to competitive market requirements, industry opportunities and constraints
- Having a pleasing personality and effective communication skills
- Proven people, business and client relationship handling skills
- Having relevant experience in financial services industry.
- Deal closure ability
- Ability to engage very large clients
