Job Requirements
- Fluent English speaker
- Leadership experience is preferred
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a multinational
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or any relevant study
Jobs Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor operations to ensure process excellence and efficiency
- Make sure that the operations are in line with agree Service Level Agreement
- Coach and develop team members to reach their maximum potential
- Sustain close collaboration with stakeholders
- Handle second level escalations from stakeholders
- Drive the improvement of KPIs
- Ensure standard end-to-end operations for countries in scope
