Job Requirements
- Support continuous process improvement
- Handle claims initiated by the front office
- Fulfill all the administrative tasks related to order entry
- Deal directly with Henkel’s local teams by creating orders, credit notes, and returns (based on requests)
Jobs Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or any relevant study
- Fluent English speaker; French is a must
- Efficient user of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in any relevant field
- Detail-oriented and an excellent team player
