Job Requirements

• Fluent English skills
• Proficient at Microsoft Office, ERP system experience is an advantage
• Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A candidate with degree in Economics, preferably in Chain Management or related field and/or 1-3 years Supply Planning experience

Jobs Responsibilities

• Continuously optimize processes and setup
• Plan the replenishment of finished goods in various countries within Europe
• Manage the inventory to an optimum level, support the implementation of regional projects
• Take over the planning responsibility for full portfolio of specific technology within region
• Shortage management: Proactively report and manage product availability issues and supply bottlenecks
• Cooperate closely with Production Planners and other departments like Demand Planning, Customer Service, Logistics
• Maintain strong working relationships with Henkel production plants and suppliers in order to confirm production/shipping schedules and ensure on-time deliveries
