Job Requirements
- Fluent English skills
- Proficient at Microsoft Office, ERP system experience is an advantage
- Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A candidate with degree in Economics, preferably in Chain Management or related field and/or 1-3 years Supply Planning experience
Jobs Responsibilities
- Continuously optimize processes and setup
- Plan the replenishment of finished goods in various countries within Europe
- Manage the inventory to an optimum level, support the implementation of regional projects
- Take over the planning responsibility for full portfolio of specific technology within region
- Shortage management: Proactively report and manage product availability issues and supply bottlenecks
- Cooperate closely with Production Planners and other departments like Demand Planning, Customer Service, Logistics
- Maintain strong working relationships with Henkel production plants and suppliers in order to confirm production/shipping schedules and ensure on-time deliveries
