Job Description:

That’s why we’re looking for an innovative Executive Recruiter who will help us find and recruit leaders for our strategic, executive, and niche positions. From creating captivating position descriptions to sourcing and interviewing candidates, you’ll lead and manage the full recruiting process for these key positions at GEICO.

Job Responsibilities:

• Consult and develop relationships with hiring managers and HR teams across the company
• Define and measure KPI’s to demonstrate the effectiveness of all recruiting activities
• Collaborate with recruiters, business leaders, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to understand talent needs, provide strategic guidance, and enact solutions
• Research and analyze recruiting market trends to improve sourcing and employer brand

Job Requirements:

• Project and process management skills; highly organized & detail-orientated
• Experienced in all aspects of talent search including search strategy, innovative candidate sourcing programs, pre-screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Working knowledge of EEO and other applicable employment laws, policies, regulations, & compensation
• Creative problem solver with a track record of implementing innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse top talent
• Experience with retained or corporate executive recruiting experience in a large & complex organization
• An effective communicator who can promote a culture of trust, empowerment, accountability, and inclusion
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
• 3+ years of related professional experience in full-lifecycle recruitment for strategic, niche, or executive positions
