Job Responsibilities:

  • Ideate & Design learning and development programs and materials in partnership with the People Operations and Talent Team and People
  • Partnerships team supporting retail teams.
  • Continually develops and applies broad organization knowledge to address challenges through an enterprise- and systems-thinking mindset
  • Partners with leadership to develop the talent management strategy to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that L&OD initiatives are aligned with individual and team needs.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of learning and development programs to create a culture of continuous development by providing data and regular audits to critical stakeholders and leaders.
  • Deliver expertise to various projects, including organization assessment, organization design, change leadership, and culture transformation across all business units.
  • Design and implement learning and development initiatives, including career development and pathing, individual employee and leadership development, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Design and implement company-wide initiatives to drive engagement, including climate surveys, engagement activities, career paths to provide growth opportunities, employee recognition, health & wellness, employer brand recognition, and corporate social responsibility activities.
  • Partners with managers and People Partners to develop and execute employee development plans to ensure workforce readiness.
  • Evaluate exit interviews, employee climate surveys, and roundtable feedback and provide solutions to address common themes.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven ability to complete the entire development cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate)
  • Proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, strong attention to detail, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational psychology, organizational development, or related field, and/or relevant working experience
  • 3-5 years of related experience in Learning and/or Organizational Development
