Job Description:

We’re looking for passionate innovators who want to take athletes to the next level by bringing them the best products for their game along with the stories, tips, and support they need to rise above the noise.

We are looking for a competitive field sales representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve budgeted individual sale and margin goals
  • Attend area coaching conventions/clinics
  • Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
  • Convey a professional and branded appearance to customers and prospects
  • Educate clients on products and current market trends
  • Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
  • Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Get the sale using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
  • Monitor customer’s accounts receivable to insure proper terms of payment are being met
  • Present solutions to meet identified needs through the Team Sales catalog and website, vendor specific catalogs and websites, uniform builders, and an accurate quote
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of related sales experience
  • Competitive and self motivated
  • Experience with our product
  • Great communication skills
