Job Description:
The Engineering team, organized by product groups, is responsible for the architecture, design, development and operations of all systems and applications supporting FiveBelow’s Retail footprint. Accordingly, we have Merchandising and Inventory Management, Stores and Digital, Logistics, BI and Data Platform, Ecommerce Engineering and Tools.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work on root cause analysis and provide resolution for complex issues
- Collaborate with business stake holders & product owners to identify, analyze and come up with technical orchestration of business process with the latest tools available
- Conduct Team Retrospective to identify improvements in scrum process and unblock team
- Actively work and engage with Oracle & Azure for bug fixes and patch upgrades
- Actively participate and lead cross engineering organization initiatives
- Actively code and work with teams on integration pipelines using the latest tech stack available in Oracle and Azure like OIC, Databricks, Azure Data Factory
- Actively engage in execution and automation of regression Testing suite
- Actively triage and track incidents from Service now
- Lead the devops team deliverables with backlog executed using agile scrum framework
- Work with global teams to efficiently deliver key strategies
- Anchor and execute QA activities for the product group
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge about Agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration, TDD, Continuous Delivery, Pairing, Automated Testing
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing the devops track for Oracle RMS,RPM, ReSA & ReIM (cloud and on -prem)
- Good prioritization, negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in automating Testing effort across business process flows using standard automation tools like Selenium
- 3+ years designing and implementing quality controlsacross a multi-cloud hybrid ecosystem
- Degree required –Bachelors STEM major (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math), or equivalent
- 5+ years working in IT, collaborating with cross functional teams including infrastructure, Infosec, compliance, product owners and vendors to identify quality controls and oversee implementation
- Nice to have – One or more certifications like Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA), Certified Associate in Software Testing (CAST), CMSQ (Certified Manager of Software Quality)
