We are looking for individuals to help us provide a welcoming environment in our new headquarters. The Workplace Solutions team is looking to add on a Guest Experience Lead for our McDonald’s headquarters location.
Job Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome visitors and employees into our new headquarters or Hamburger University
- Assist visitors in registering to enter the office areas
- Provide visitors or employees with information about daily meetings or events
- Demonstrate outstanding hospitality skills; be customer obsessed, display a friendly, positive attitude
- Assist visitors in downloading and navigating Mobile App
- Ability to interact with all guests and owners, internal and external, effectively with tact and diplomacy
- Maintains a positive and professional relationship with all vendors and merchants
- Provide administrative support to the McDonald’s Headquarters as needed
- Act as an ambassador for the McDonald’s brand
Job Requirements:
- Gain working and managerial knowledge of day to day store operations
- Take part in management of store personnel, including hiring, and supervision of all aspects of store operations
- Achieve all financial goals
Qualification & Experience:
- Familiarity with location, neighborhood, and local attractions, including restaurants, hotels and entertainment
- 2+ years of reception, concierge or customer service experience in professional/business environment
