Job Description:
The Procurement Support Analyst will be responsible for providing Level 2 Procurement Application Support to the Coupa Support Services team, along with performing administrative tasks relating to DaVita’s Procurement platforms and IT tools. The position requires a complete understanding of the procurement process (P2P) and related platforms – specifically, Coupa. This position requires advanced problem solving skills, excellent customer service and the ability to handle escalated issues that would require level 2 support. The Support Analyst will also assist with a variety of team projects and initiatives assigned by Management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist PRISM Support Management with variety of Projects
- Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously
- Build and develop positive working relationships with the team, teammates and suppliers
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Periodic Reporting/Analytics
- Support, provide guidance, and educate department teammates on current processes and procedures, as well as on-going changes
- Help implement department process improvements
- Supplier Onboarding questions/issues (Coupa, Coupa Supplier Portal, Oracle)
- Ordering and invoicing questions/issues (Coupa Supplier Portal)
- Primary support for Supplier onboarding, Supplier inquiries and CSP tasks
- Create SOP’s/documentation to add to our current Knowledge Base/Job Aid repository
- Supplier Management – Frequent communication with suppliers, Supporting the supplier onboarding process (Supplier Lifecycle
- Management/iSupplier), troubleshooting enablement issues
