Job Description:
The Workforce Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring company compliance for Fair Work Week practices/Predictive Scheduling laws for state legislation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Run reporting and pull tracking files related to employee open shifts, employee schedules, and employee profile updates.
- Systematically review restaurant daily trackers for accuracy in a high pressure and deadline driven environment
- Answer Tier 2 cases through ServiceNow as escalated from the Employee Service Center.
- Organizing and scan data for audit readiness.
- Partner cross-functionally within People Experience, Operations and Legal to resolve trends and high risk incidents.
Job Requirements:
- H.S. Diploma/GED required.
- Proficient with MS Office- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in Human Resources, Onboarding, Employment Compliance, Reporting & Auditing, Training, or Project Lead.
