If so, this may be the ideal role for you. We are seeking an Analytics Manager, Digital Experimentation that is well versed in using industry leading A/B/n and multivariate testing tools to measure and evaluate test results for User Experience (UX), marketing, category business and digital product teams.

The Analytics Manager, Digital Experimentation is responsible for taking test results from measurement and evaluation for digital product teams, UX, marketing and category business teams and provide their expertise in supporting business priorities. They will adapt complex messages across varying audiences and work collaboratively with UX and digital product to design and measure experiments, analyze the data generated by experiments, and present findings to stakeholders.

The Analytics Manager, Digital Experimentation is a key member of the Digital Experimentation team and will provide thought leadership and guidance to business, marketing, UX and digital product teams related to hypothesis setting, KPI selection, split and sample size requirements, as well as execution in collaboration with the testing project managers and test engineers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Influence the execution of future test ideas based on analytical insights and recommendations.
  • Actively engage with cross-functional teams to monitor tests in-flight to ensure data collection and testing splits are pure.
  • Estimate the financial impact of recommendations for testing prioritization as well as measure actual financial gains after tests are implemented.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Experimentation Team Manager and A/B Testing Engineering Manager to create a roadmap to achieve the Digital Experimentation program goals and priorities.
  • Actively interact with internal clients to assess analytical and testing needs, reviewing technical implementation requirements and consult with implementation team for data collection needs of various tests.
  • Leverage business knowledge and analytical skills to translate complex results into clear insights and actions for decision-makers, while being responsible for making sure results are analyzed with sound statistical methodology and integrity.
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance to business, UX and digital product teams related to hypothesis setting, KPI selection, split and sample size requirements, as well as execution and segmentation analysis while helping to prioritize the testing queue based on an evaluation of resources, opportunity size and business needs.

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years with a web analytics tool (e.g. Adobe, Coremetrics, Webtrends or Google Analytics)
  • 3+ years A/B/n testing platform experience (e.g. Optimizely, Adobe Target, Google Optimize)
  • 3+ years web optimization and A/B/n testing & digital experimentation experience including solid testing principles and applied statistics related to A/B/n and multivariate testing.
  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization
  • Working in Retail industry or with multi-channel data strongly desired

Qualification & Experience:

  • 2+ years managing project financials and resource allocations
  • A passion of continuous learning
  • Advanced interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Possess a customer centered approach and thinking
  • Proven ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
