Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and partner the Payroll Check Escheat process with Corporate Tax team
• Perform configuration changes in the Info Workforce Management (Workbrain) application, to include changes to pay rules, accruals, attendance control, and user security
• Consult location administrators on payroll , time and attendance, and taxation issues
• Manage Time and Attendance requests through the ServiceNow ticketing system, and resolve those requests within the customer service level agreement timeline
• Work with third party vendors to manage unemployment insurance rates
• Understand & stay informed of labor agreement changes that may impact payroll
• Partner with the Time and Attendance technical team on application upgrade projects, and assist with defining requirements for various application development initiatives
• Partner with Finance to ensure Stock Options are taxed properly
• Payroll reporting for multiple internal customers
• Other duties as assigned by Payroll Operations management
• Heavily involved in year-end payroll processing and W-2 preparation
• Review tax reporting prepared by third-party vendor to ensure data integrity
• Payroll overpayment management

Job Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum three (3) years of payroll related experience in a corporate environment
• Minimum three (3) years of experience with a payroll and/or time and attendance application in a corporate environment
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
