Department Manager Industrial Maintenance – Adnoc Careers For Freshers

Job Description:

Provide overall direction to lead and manage the effective development, implementation and management of maintenance management strategies, plans and mechanisms for all current and new facilities and operations in ADNOC Distribution’s Lubricant, Grease and LPG plants, Depots in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, DAF, CNE and NE Regions (including military depots) in all areas including mechanical, electrical, automation and infrastructure , in accord with the maintenance divisional strategy/HSE standards in order to ensure reliability, integrity, uninterrupted operations and sustenance of high productivity standards in accord with industrial best practices and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective collaboration with Maintenance Planning to conduct accurate asset classification and provide guidelines for all related preventive maintenance, calibration, changeover, obsolescence management etc. in line with defined maintenance strategy and plans to support optimum integrity of all assets.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Planning to ensure the effective cascading of Maintenance strategy and plans into mid to short terms plans review the development of all related plans with regard to resources, budgeting of scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance etc., in line with the approved strategies and business demands, within set timelines to facilitate uninterrupted operations.
• Together with VP, Maintenance Planning and Performance functions, define Key Performance Indicators (KPI) ensuring alignment to operational requirements and maintenance strategic objective while directing the periodic monitoring of KPI progress and guiding the achievement of defined targets in line with defined timelines, quality and HSE standards.
• In collaboration with senior management team, lead and manage execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans / work schedules (including annual and long-term maintenance plans) for all the assigned facilities ensuring that maintenance jobs are carried out timely, efficiently and cost effective with adherence to HSE standards.
• Manage the effective forecasting of resources and the material planning process to ensure timely availability of resources, systems and procedures for effective execution of maintenance plans in accord with production plans.
• Lead and direct the effective execution of maintenance plans across the assigned areas of operations ensuring optimization of resources utilization and return on investments as per the business strategies

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 15 years of experience in a similar environment /in a heavy industrial environment with 10 years in a managerial position preferably within a similar industry
