Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Support and ensure the timely, completeness and reliable delivery of financial data in regards to Budget, Target, Forecast, IBP and Actuals
• Provide accurate and relevant reports and consolidated views on past, actual and future financials
• Perform analysis and validate results to provide Senior Management required meaningful insights on financial KPIs in time for decision making
• Support the creation of regular and ad-hoc presentations
• Support the enhancements of communication packages to present results, recommendations and solutions for business partners

Job Requirements:

• Understanding of interactions and dynamics within an international company
• Ability to maneuver in a consistently changing environment
• Good communication skills for adapting and exchanging information, mainly within the organisation
• Solid customer orientation with the ability to operate cross-functionally and a good understanding of external business drivers
• Proactive mind and results orientation to drive improvements
• Good analytical skills and managing large data quantities from multiple sources
• Technical affinity towards modern finance tools
• Good understanding of finance and financial reporting, in particular financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow metrics) as well as planning processes (Budget, Target, Forecast)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Qualifications & Experience:

• University degree in Business Administration / Finance / Controlling
• Experience in MS Office, BI tools, SAP, Microstrategy, GRAPE
• 1-3 years of working experience in a similar role in Accounting / Controlling / Reporting within an international Group
