Job Description:
Support in selected Executive and Supervisory Board matters with focus on Executive and Supervisory Board compensation, payment processes (Board payroll) as well as in facilitating successful execution of meetings of the Supervisory Board and its committees.
Job Responsibilities:
- Together with Manager Supervisory Board Office & Corporate Legal, provide qualified advice with regard to Executive and Supervisory Board compensation, including pension commitments of current and former Executive Board members
- Co-administrator for the virtual workspace Brainloop Secure Dataroom for Executive and Supervisory Board communication; content maintenance in the information center; provide trainings; detect and develop new implementation possibilities for data room tools
- Payroll and process management with regard to compensation and pension payments to Executive and Supervisory Board members
- Alignment with Group Taxes and external tax advisor with regard to taxation topics of the Board payroll
- Support in administrative on and off boarding processes for the Executive and Supervisory Board members, including the preparation of the relevant documentation and onboarding materials as well as maintenance of the personnel files
- Support in the meeting document preparation and content creation for the Supervisory Board and its Committees as well as follow up of open topics to be addressed/decided in the meetings of the Supervisory Board and its Committees
- Process management with regard to updating the Supervisory Board and Executive Board Handbook
Job Requirements:
- Strong knowledge in (international) payroll and tax topics as well as affinity for numbers
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure, high professional maturity, mental flexibility, initiative and determination in fast-paced environment
- Proactive, customer-orientation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in, understanding of and affinity for corporate legal matters, awareness of the internal processes at adidas
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of other IT solutions an advantage
- Excellent English and German language skills both in speaking and writing
Qualifications & Experience:
- University degree or equivalent/Master’s degree an advantage
- 3+ years progressive professional rewards/payroll experience
