Job Responsibilities:
- Build trusted senior executive relationships with clients to further Accenture’s profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner.
- Provide world-class omni-channel capabilities, store operations , merchandising, product development, supply chain or retail labor productivity strategy solutions that meet the unique market and organizational needs of retail clients.
- Drive insights and recommendations using data models and visualization tools.
- Manage and mentor junior members of the Strategy team for increasing responsibility.
- Help clients achieve long-term success by drawing up practical road maps that help clients carry out strategy, manage change, monitor and gauge processes, and rectify issues if needed.
- Ongoing refinement and deepening of your retail growth prowess with leading thought leadership and cutting edge concepts to reinforce Accenture’s reputation as a thought leader.
- Go deep to get the lay of the land of the retail industry that clients operate in, and to grasp clients’ business options in the context of global, economic, technology, and social trends.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of project-based work experience in one or more of the following: 1)Retail Store Operations, 2)Merchandising 3)Retail Supply Chain, 4) Retail Product Development or 5)Retail Growth
- Minimum 2 years of consulting experience in the consulting industry or equivalent in an internal consulting role.
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience in driving insights using statistics or data analysis
- A Bachelor’s degree
