Job Description
s a Senior Brand Strategist in Marketing Strategy and Planning, this role will be focused on crafting brand and integrated marketing strategies and orchestrating plans that build brand experiences and drive business growth for our clients. You’ll champion and oversee a wide range of marketing activities across the funnel, including research, brand strategy, digital strategy, marketing planning, and reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and championing brand strategies to grow our clients’ business
- Integrating brand strategies into marketing plans to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Nurture and mentor junior talent to grow the Marketing Strategy practice
- Building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues, viewed as a strategic advisor to help them understand how to grow brands through marketing channels and experiences
- Playing an integral role within the practice to create and expand practice offerings
- Gathering research and insight to identify brand opportunities
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years in agency environment
- Strategic planning skills: strong strategic thinker, search for insights, and shepherd strategic idea
- Subject matter expert in brand strategy but desire to go beyond the creative campaign
- Minimum of 3 years of brand strategy experience
- Digitally fluent, with knowledge of digital marketing best practices
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
- Ability to lead presentations and effectively analyze and translate data into actionable business plans
- Experience building out assets for client workshops, business development efforts, and constructing high-impact strategies
